Return Policy

If the product you receive appears to have been damaged in shipping or if it does not work, contact us by phone (281-398-4329) or email (info@fastball-sports.com).  DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM.  In the case of shipping damage we will make arrangements with the shipper to retrieve the product (shippers typically will not pay insurance claims if the package is returned to the sender) and we will also make arrangements with you for replacement or repair of the item as appropriate.

We (Fastball Sports) warrant the following products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the following time period.

Jugs Pitching Machine Cart (J-Kart) - One Year.

Jugs Pitching Machine Fastpitch Motion Attachment (J-Mo) - Two Years.

Motion Pitching Machine (MPM) - (a) one year for the pitching machine wheels (ball feeder wheel and both ball throwing wheels), (b) two years for all electrical components (motors, control box and motor speed controls), and (c) three years on the remaining parts of the machine.

If the product is used for commercial purposes, this warranty will be reduced to one-half (1/2) of the time period stated above.  The warranty period shall begin on the date of purchase and shall apply only to the first original purchaser.  This warranty does not apply to others who subsequently purchase the product as a used device.

This warranty shall not apply if, in the judgment of Fastball Sports, the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident or if it has been repaired or altered without the express written permission of Fastball Sports. THIS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT COVER BENDING OR BREAKAGE OF THE J-MO OR FAS BALL FEEDER LOOP (CIRCULAR TRACK) DUE TO THE IMPACT OF A BATTED BALL, THROWN BALL OR IMPACT WITH ANY OTHER OBJECT.

For warranty service, you must first contact Fastball Sports by phone or email and provide us with a description of the defect.  Also, it will be your responsibility to return the defective product or part thereof, freight and insurance prepaid, to Fastball Sports for warranty service.  Our responsibility will be limited only to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part thereof and its return shipment to you.
